Dit gevestigde architectenbureau realiseert vanuit Kortrijk kwalitatieve residentiële projecten voor professionele bouwheren. Een team van een 15-tal architecten, architect-assistenten en ingenieurs combineert creativiteit met technische kennis en een sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Door verdere groei en nieuwe projecten is er plaats voor een ervaren architect-ontwerper die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en energie haalt uit sterke architectuur.

Van concept naar sterk ontwerp

Je vertaalt de wensen van de opdrachtgever en de mogelijkheden van de locatie naar doordachte, aantrekkelijke en realiseerbare ontwerpen. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar stem je regelmatig af met collega’s, studiebureaus en andere betrokken partijen.

  • Je werkt voorontwerpen en architecturale concepten uit met aandacht voor ruimte, functionaliteit en uitstraling.
  • Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar duidelijke plannen en bewaakt de architecturale lijn doorheen het dossier.
  • Je stelt omgevingsvergunningsdossiers samen en verwerkt studies rond stabiliteit, EPB, technieken en brandveiligheid.
  • Je houdt rekening met regelgeving, stedenbouwkundige voorschriften en technische randvoorwaarden.
  • Je presenteert ontwerpvoorstellen en licht jouw keuzes helder toe aan opdrachtgevers en partners.
  • Je denkt actief mee tijdens ontwerpbesprekingen en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van het team.

Dit herken je in jezelf

Je bent een sterke ontwerper met ruimtelijk inzicht, technisch inzicht en oog voor detail. Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, maar vindt samenwerking en inhoudelijk overleg minstens even belangrijk.

  • Je behaalde een master in de architectuur.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen een architectenbureau of vergelijkbare projectomgeving.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse en talent voor ontwerp.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het bouwproces, technieken en materialen.
  • Je communiceert helder, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Ervaring met Vectorworks, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop en InDesign is een sterke troef.
