Am Standort Wien suchen wir: 1 Architekt_in mit Revit Kenntnissen

Was dich erwartet

* Als Architekt:in übernimmst in Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter:in die integrale Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung.

* Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört die Planungstätigkeit im integralen Team, unterstützt durch Building Information Modeling (BIM).

* Die gestalterische Unterstützung der laufenden und zukünftigen (Groß-)Projekte gehört zu deinem Kernbereich.

* Du arbeitest mit sämtlichen Fachbereichen (Tragwerksplanung, HKLS, Elektrotechnik, ÖBA) und externen Fachplaner:innen in enger Abstimmung zusammen.

* Du unterstützt die Umsetzung des ATP Green Deal unter Berücksichtigung der klimaneutralen Planung mit dem Ziel eines nachhaltigen Gebäudes.

Was du mitbringst

* Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung - oder bist ganz kurz vor dem Abschluss.

* Dein Werdegang weist erste Berufserfahrung(mehrjährig) mit sämtlichen Leistungsphasen im Rahmen der Abwicklung von mittleren bis großen Projekten auf.

* Du kennst einschlägige Genehmigungs- und Planungsregulatorien, Gesetze, Vorschriften und Normen.

* Revit-Kenntnisse in der Praxis sind ein Muss-Kriterium; von Vorteil sind zudem Erfahrungen mit Solibri (inkl. Prüfung und Erstellung von Regelsets) sowie Kenntnisse zur IFC-Schnittstelle, insbesondere IFC-Export und -Einstellungen (z. B. Building Smart Standard).

* Du begeisterst durch deine Neugier an den Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Green Deal.

* Ein ausgeprägtes Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein rundet dein Profil ab.
