Als Area Lead ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de area Platform Services van Menzis. Je geeft richting aan ongeveer 100 fte, verdeeld over 13 agile teams, en zorgt dat de strategische enablers op het gebied van data, AI en IT beschikbaar zijn om het verschil te maken voor onze leden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne afnemers en technologiepartners. Menzis is volop in transitie. Binnen Platform Services werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze digitale strategie, met een AI-first-mindset en aandacht voor standaardisatie, sourcing en agile volwassenheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het fundament onder deze strategie, zoals een veerkrachtige multicloudomgeving, datagedreven en autonome AI en een adaptieve workspace. Als lid van het MT Informatievoorziening (IV) houd je je onder andere bezig met: - het borgen van de continuïteit van de Menzis-diensten en het wegnemen van knelpunten op management- of directieniveau; - het bepalen van de richting en roadmap voor de verdere ontwikkeling van Platform Services; - het vergroten van de wendbaarheid van Platform Services en de waardestroom IV; - het uitvoeren van de sourcingstrategie en het verder inrichten van de regie op externe partners; - het coachen en ondersteunen van Product Owners en Team Leads vanuit faciliterend leiderschap; - het verbeteren van de samenwerking tussen teams binnen IV en de klantorganisatie, met als doel kosten en bureaucratie te verlagen en de wendbaarheid te vergroten.
