Job Description Area Manager Zuid-West Nederland Voor State of Art zoeken wij een Area Manager voor de regio Zuid-West Nederland. Een Area Manager die teams in beweging krijgt, resultaten realiseert en de winkels naar een hoger niveau tilt. Jij bent de verbindende leider die Store Managers inspireert, coacht en ondersteunt met altijd oog voor het team, merkbeleving en commerciële groei. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor 10-15 stores. Je vertaalt strategie naar concrete acties, stuurt op KPI's, optimaliseert processen en zorgt dat teams elke dag het beste uit zichzelf halen. Jij bent zichtbaar, aanwezig en hands‑on. Vier dagen per week ben je samen met de teams aanwezig in de winkels, dicht op de operatie én dicht bij de klant. Daarnaast vorm jij een cruciale verbinding tussen het Retail team en de dagelijkse operatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw regio en zorgt dat teams weten waar ze naartoe werken. Wat ga je doen: - Coachen & ontwikkelen: je begeleidt Store Managers en hun teams in verkoop, klantbeleving, VM, HR en samenwerking - Sturen op resultaten: je analyseert prestaties en gebruikt de KPI's als sturingsinstrument, ziet kansen en zet verbeteringen direct om in acties - Aanwezig in de stores: vier dagen per week ben je op de winkelvloer te vinden om te coachen, te ondersteunen en mee te werken wanneer nodig - Optimaliseren van processen: je borgt commerciële acties, VM‑richtlijnen...
