Functie Voor dit toffe merk zijn wij op zoek naar een Area Manager voor de stores in een van de regio's. Het betreft een functie waar je de de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over circa 12 winkels. Je rapporteert aan je Country Manager en je werkt nauw samen met jouw regio merchandiser. Aan de hand van de gestelde KPI's stuur je jouw stores aan en ben je samen met de storemanagers verantwoordelijk voor de groei en omzet. Je bruist van de energie en enthousiasme en je weet jouw team te motiveren en elke dag het beste uit jezelf en de storemanagers te halen. Dagelijks ben je vernieuwend bezig om traffic, service en klantenbinding te bevorderen in de stores. Naast deze werkzaamheden ben je ook bezig met het werven en aannemen van nieuwe medewerkers in samenwerking met je storemanagers en de recruitment afdeling.
