De organisatie biedt hoogwaardige alternatieve onderdelen voor onder meer Wärtsilä-motoren: gelijke kwaliteit als de OEM, met een hoge mate van flexibiliteit en een aantrekkelijk prijsniveau. Dankzij een sterke voorraadpositie en de samenwerking binnen de internationale groep kan PK bovendien snel en betrouwbaar leveren. Na 1 jaar heb je jouw regio (Midden en Zuid-Amerika) stevig op de kaart gezet. Bestaande klanten zijn verder uitgebouwd, nieuwe klanten en kansen zijn ontwikkeld en je hebt een structurele bijdrage geleverd aan de groei van de omzet. Je hebt bovendien een sterk internationaal netwerk opgebouwd en je werkt nauw samen met collega's en zusterbedrijven wereldwijd. Hiervoor ben je circa één week per maand internationaal onderweg. Wat motiveert jou? Ambitie Er ligt nog een wereld aan groeimogelijkheden. Ook in de bestaande regio's zijn nog volop mogelijkheden om het commerciële succes uit te breiden. Daarom ligt de focus op het verder uitbouwen van bestaande klanten én het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business. Tegelijkertijd opent PK nieuwe deuren met oplossingen voor gas- en dual-fuelmotoren en het snelgroeiende datacentersegment. De ambitie: het maximale uit het portfolio halen en PK OEM Parts internationaal verder laten groeien. Door hoge kwaliteit te combineren met een scherpe prijs, uitstekende beschikbaarheid en internationale slagkracht, wil de groep klanten wereldwijd een sterk alternatief voor de OEM bieden wat resulteert in een groei van minimaal 20% in de komende 3 - 5 jaar.
