Met een uitgebreid assortiment aan veiligheids- en verkeersspiegels, markeringen, afschermsystemen, aanrijdbeveiliging en meer draagt het bedrijf dagelijks bij aan veilige werk- en verkeersomgevingen. Dankzij de combinatie van kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgerichtheid heeft onze opdrachtgever een sterke positie opgebouwd in diverse Europese markten. Een informele werksfeer, korte lijnen en ruimte voor eigen initiatief kenmerken de samenwerking. Binnen de regio Benelux bestaat er al een groot klantenkring. Het bedrijf wil de komende tijd wel verder groeien, en is dus op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Manager met technische kennis. Jouw taken Als Sales Manager stap je binnen de Benelux in een bestaande klantengroep. Je zorgt voor langdurige en sterke klantrelaties en weet ook nieuwe klanten aan boord te halen. Daarnaast ben je de ogen en oren van het bedrijf in de Benelux-markt en werk je samen met de productmanagers aan een relevante productcatalogus. Zo maak je impact: - Onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties, bijvoorbeeld met key accounts zoals dealers, maar ook met leveranciers of logistieke dienstverleners; - Acquisitie van nieuwe klanten in Nederland, België en Luxemburg door middel van adviserende verkoop; - Voeren van onderhandelingen over contracten, prijzen en voorwaarden; - Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van producten en diensten en het verbeteren van salesprocessen; - Nauw samenwerken met jouw Duitse collega's (directie, logistiek, supply chain en depot); - Identificeren van newbusinesskansen en deze vertalen naar concrete acties; - Opzetten, uitvoeren en bewaken van de salesstrategie voor de Benelux-markt; - Verantwoordelijk voor omzetgroe...
