Wir sichern, was Menschen wichtig ist. 1 Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) Wir suchen eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit, die gemeinsam mit unserem bestehenden Sales-Team unsere Wachstumsziele umsetzt und den Expansionskurs in Europa vorantreibt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gewinnung von Türenherstellern und Großhändlern und Entwicklung dieser Accounts

* Intensive Betreuung und Expansion bestehender Accounts

* Aufbau- und Ausbau belastbarer Beziehungen auf Entscheider-Ebene

* Preis-, Volumen- und Vertragsverhandlungen

* Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen in ganz Europa

* Teilnahme an relevanten Fachmessen zur Präsentation unserer Smart-Lock-Lösungen

* Enge Abstimmung mit Sales, Customer Care und Produktmanagement

* Dokumentation der Vertriebsaktivitäten und der Vertriebspipeline

* Pflege der Kundenstammdaten in Salesforce

* Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Erstellung entsprechender Analysen und Auswertungen

Ihr Profil

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* B2B-Vertriebserfahrung (z. B. Türenhersteller, Großhandel, Sicherheitstechnik, elektronische Sc

* Abschlussstärke

* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung mit Salesforce oder anderem Sales-/CRM-System von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
