Votre rôle

Le consultant en Marchés Publics à un rôle d'intermédiaire et de facilitateur entre le client final, ses clients internes et ses différents fournisseurs.

  • Définir la stratégie d’acquisition la plus adaptée aux intérêts du client.
  • Traduire les besoins d’achat en solutions du marché.
  • Accompagner la rédaction des besoins fonctionnels.
  • Piloter les étapes de la procédure de passation, dans le respect du cadre légal.
  • Encadrer la relation fournisseur jusqu’à l’exécution du marché pour en maximiser la performance.
  • Promouvoir la culture des marchés publics et le respect des principes : égalité de traitement, concurrence, transparence et proportionnalité.

Votre Profil et vos compétences1. Profil

  • Minimum un Bachelier avec une orientation juridique, économique, commerciale ou technique.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des marchés publics.
  • Connaissance approfondie de la l égislation relative aux marchés publics dans les secteurs classiques et/ou spéciaux.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français, avec une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais.
  • Maîtrise souhaitée des applications MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • La connaissance de SAP MM et 3P est un atout.
  • Une certification Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ou en Project Management est un plus.

Pragmatique et doué d’une vision transversale à 360.
