Salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring Auto van de zaak Laptop en mobiele telefoon van de zaak Een zelfstandige buitendienstfunctie met veel vrijheid en klantcontact Werken binnen de aantrekkelijke woningmarkt van Waterland en Purmerend Een professionele en goed georganiseerde makelaardij met korte lijnen Goede begeleiding en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen Ruimte om door te groeien binnen het makelaarsvak, bijvoorbeeld richting KRMT en Register Makelaar Een prettige werkomgeving waarin initiatief en ondernemerschap worden gewaardeerd Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden passend bij de functie Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je dagelijks actief in de woningmarkt. Je begeleidt klanten bij één van de belangrijkste beslissingen in hun leven: het kopen of verkopen van hun woning. Daarbij krijg je veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. We zoeken daarom iemand die al hands-on ervaring in de buitendienst heeft en weet wat er bij een woningtransactie komt kijken. Je bent commercieel, maar stelt een professionele en persoonlijke begeleiding van de klant altijd voorop. Wat heb je nodig? Je hebt de opleiding tot ARMT afgerond of bent aantoonbaar vergevorderd en hebt inmiddels praktijkervaring opgedaan. Belangrijker nog: je voelt je thuis in de buitendienst en vindt het leuk om zelfstandig met klanten op pad te zijn. Je bent representatief, communicatief sterk en weet vertrouwen uit te stralen.
