Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als administratief medewerker douane beheer je zelfstandig de entrepot administratie en de tijdelijke invoerdossiers. Deze werkzaamheden vragen om nauwkeurigheid, goede opvolging van douaneformaliteiten en een goede planning. Het tijdig signaleren van openstaande of aflopende dossiers zijn hierbij van essentieel belang. Je bewaakt termijnen en dossiers en schakelt tijdig met klanten, collega's en de Douane. Wanneer nodig ondersteun je je collega's met het opstellen en verwerken van in- en uitvoeraangiften. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht douaneteam waarop je kan terugvallen voor overleg, ondersteuning en back-up. Kortmann Packers & Shippers is onderdeel van de internationale Hasenkamp Group. Hierdoor zijn wij onderdeel van werelds grootste logistieke organisatie binnen de fine art sector. Vanuit Hoofddorp verzorgen wij de transporten voor musea, veilinghuizen, galeries en kunstbeurzen. Niet alleen het transport is bij ons in goede handen, wij verpakken in zelfgemaakte kisten en verzorgen alle handelingen betreft het (de-) installeren van kunstwerken. Vertrouwen, precisie en discretie staan centraal in alles wat we doen. Dit ga je doen - Verzorgen en bijhouden van de entrepot administratie. - Uitvoeren van fysieke controles op kunst opslag en dossiers. - Beheren van het entrepot en bewaken van de bijbehorende administratieve processen. - Beheren en administratief opvolgen van tijdelijke invoer. - Bewaken van vervaldata en tijdig signaleren wanneer een tijdelijke invoer afloopt. - Opstellen van verzoekbrieven voor aanzuiveringen aan de Douane. - Aanvragen van verlengingen voor tijdelijke invoer bij de Douane. - Onderhouden van klan...
