VACATURE: ARTIST BOOKER Locatie: Tilburg Startdatum: in overleg Type dienstverband: Parttime (16 tot 20 uur per week) Over ons Bij Donna Music zijn we gespecialiseerd in het boeken en ontwikkelen van hoogwaardige acts. Wij combineren creativiteit met professionaliteit en zijn vanwege de groei op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven boeker die ons team komt versterken. Wat ga je doen? Als boeker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze artiesten, klanten en evenementenorganisaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze acts op de juiste plekken terechtkomen, tegen de juiste voorwaarden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: • Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten. • Verwerken van binnenkomende boekingsaanvragen. • Opstellen en onderhandelen van offertes en contracten. • Plannen en coördineren van optredens. • Afstemming met artiesten, technici en locaties. • Bijdragen aan de marketing en zichtbaarheid van onze acts. Wie zoeken iemand die: • Commercieel en communicatief sterk is. • Ervaring heeft met het boeken van artiesten of in de evenementen-/muzieksector. • Zelfstandig werkt, maar ook goed kan samenwerken. • Flexibel en stressbestendig is. • Goed georganiseerd en nauwkeurig te werk gaat. • Affiniteit heeft met zangers/live-artiesten.
