Als stagiair(e) Backoffice & Operations draai je volledig mee in de operationele voorbereiding van onze festivals. Van personeelsplanning en accreditatie tot hotels, catering en het productiekantoor. Jij zorgt er samen met ons team voor dat iedereen op het juiste moment, op de juiste plek en met de juiste informatie klaarstaat. Oftewel: regelen, controleren, schakelen en fixen. Absolutely Fresh: make shit happen Absolutely Fresh behoort tot de grotere evenementenorganisaties van Nederland en werkt aan een breed portfolio aan festivals. Denk aan Freshtival Weekend, HARDFEST, Onder de Radar, In Het Volkspark en DE REACTIE. Samen goed voor ruim 200.000 bezoekers per jaar. Vanuit één team werken productie, marketing, ticketing, artiesten, finance en andere disciplines dagelijks samen aan onze evenementen. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens je stage werk je mee aan de operationele achterkant van onze evenementen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en naarmate je meer zelfstandig kunt oppakken, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je helpt onder andere met: - Accreditatie van crew, leveranciers, partners en andere betrokkenen; - Personeelsplanning en het contact met medewerkers, uitzendbureaus en andere personeelsleveranciers; - Het verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van personeelsgegevens; - Het maken en bijhouden van planningen en overzichtslijsten; - Het regelen en verwerken van accommodaties voor crew en leveranciers; - De voorbereiding van crewcatering en andere hospitality; - Het voorbereiden en organiseren van het productiekantoor tijdens onze evenementen; - Het opstellen en bijhouden van draaiboeken, hand-outs en crewinformatie; - Contac...
