Kultlab zoekt een fulltime programma & artist handling stagiair voor de periode van februari tot en met juli 2027. Over Kultlab Kultlab is de verantwoordelijke organisatie van de evenementen Into the Woods, Wildeburg, Lepeltje Lepeltje, Wilde Weide en medeoprichter van Netl Camping Kallumaan. Wij werken in een jong en creatief team aan onze evenementen met een kantoor in Amersfoort. In deze gecombineerde stagevacature focus jij je als programmeur voornamelijk op Netl Camping Kallumaan. Op onze camping spelen over een heel seizoen genomen zo'n 30 live-acts en 40 dj's. Als artist handler houdt jij je bezig met Lepeltje Lepeltje, Wildeburg en Wilde Weide en Future Village. Op deze festivals spelen honderden artiesten per seizoen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Meedenken over de muzikale koers en de te boeken artiesten op Netl Camping Kallumaan; - Zelfstandig boeken van artiesten (afhankelijk van je profiel en ervaring); - Voorbereiden van shows; zodra een van de programmeurs een artiest heeft bevestigd neem jij het stokje over: - Contact onderhouden met de boeker of artiest; - Contracten ondertekenen: - Riders verwerken; - Logistieke planning maken; - Briefings opstellen; - Ontvangen en begeleiden van artiesten op showdagen. Jouw profiel - Praktijkervaring in de muziekindustrie of het volgen van een muziek-gerelateerde opleiding is een pré; - Je hebt sterke affiniteit met muziek, festivals en uitgaan; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, hebt een flexibele instelling, goede organisatorische capaciteiten en durft initiatief te nemen; - Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal op spraak- en schrijfniveau; - Je bent 5 dagen per week beschikbaar van begin januari tot half juli; - Je bent niet bang om af en toe lange dagen te maken en in de weekenden te werken; - Je beschikt over een eigen laptop; - Rijbewijs B is een pré; - Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage.
