Junior Arts Foetale Geneeskunde - WKZ - Utrecht Publicatiedatum: 12 oktober 2026 Dit ga je doen Als Arts-foetale geneeskunde op de afdeling Verloskunde zal je zwangeren begeleiden die een verhoogd risico hebben op een foetale afwijking of waarbij een foetale afwijking is vastgesteld. Je gaat geavanceerd ultrageluid onderzoek verrichten, zwangeren counselen over genetische onderzoeken en zwangeren begeleiden op de polikliniek. Hierin zal je nauw samenwerken met alle collega's van het foetale team en de rest van de afdeling Verloskunde, evenals collega's van verschillende kinderdeelspecialisten. Daarnaast participeer je in onderwijs en werk je mee aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek op het gebied van de foetale geneeskunde. Jouw taken zijn: - Poliklinische begeleiding van zwangerschappen waarbij er sprake is van een foetale afwijking tot aan de geboorte - Pre- en posttest counseling op de polikliniek, in samenwerking met de klinische genetica - Uitvoeren van geavanceerd ultrageluid onderzoek (GUO-I en GUO-II) bij zwangerschappen met een verhoogd risico - Begeleiden van invasieve procedures zoals amniocenteses, chorionvillusbiopsieën - Bijwonen van multidisciplinaire besprekingen - Verrichten van wetenschappelijk onderzoek binnen de foetale geneeskunde. - Geven van onderwijs over Foetale Geneeskunde, prenatale counseling en screening. - Ontwikkelen van protocollen en zorgpaden binnen de Foetale Geneeskunde Waar ga je werken De afdeling Verloskunde van het UMC Utrecht is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ambitieuze arts die ons team wil komen versterken als arts foetale geneeskunde. Binnen de afdeling Verloskunde van het WKZ geboortecentrum bieden wij zorg in een continuüm van complexiteit, alles onder één dak. Jaarlijks vinden er zo'n 3000 bevallingen plaats en zijn er meer dan 750 opnames op onze Obstetric High Care. De afdeling Verloskunde heeft een sterke relatie met andere spelers binnen en buiten het WKZ, zoals de afdeling Neonat...
