Arts jeugdgezondheidszorg - Zeewolde, Lelystad - Uren 20 - 24 - € 5.214,66 - € 7.263,94 Over Icare Jeugdgezondheidszorg Icare Jeugdgezondheidszorg (JGZ) ondersteunt (aanstaande) ouders bij het gezond en veilig opgroeien van hun kinderen met advies, ideeën of hulp, want goede zorg creëer je samen! Daarom staan de regie en behoeften van ouders en kinderen centraal en geven onze professionals samen ouders invulling aan de zorg. Het is onze overtuiging dat zorg voor kinderen en hun ouders begint bij goede zorg voor de professional. We zetten daarom nadrukkelijk in op teamontwikkeling en talentontwikkeling. Samen zoeken we steeds naar manieren om de zorgvraag zo goed mogelijk te beantwoorden, nu en in de toekomst. Ons toegankelijk jeugddossier en het programma JGZ van de toekomst zijn mooie voorbeelden van onze innovaties. Icare JGZ werkt in 13 gemeenten in Drenthe, Flevoland en op de Veluwe. Wat ga je doen? Als (basis of jeugd) arts verzorg je het wettelijk vastgelegde basispakket voor kinderen tussen de 0 en 4 jaar, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de jeugdartsen, verpleegkundig specialisten, jeugdverpleegkundigen en de consultatiebureau-assistenten. Je bent beschikbaar als vraagbaak voor je collega's en deelt je kennis met hen en neemt deel aan de overlegstructuren. Tevens verzorg je de CB-zittingen, waarbij je de groei en ontwikkeling van zuigelingen en peuters monitort en eventuele (pathologische) ontwikkelingsstoornissen vroegtijdig opspoort. Verder geef je voorlichting op het gebied van jeugdgezondheid en voer je het rijksvaccinatieprogramma uit. Je bent actief betrokken bij het vorm en inhoud geven van de integrale zorg voor jeugd.
