Arts Sociale Geneeskunde Arbo & Verzuim Functie omschrijving Arts Sociale Geneeskunde Als arts speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van werkzoekenden die door ziekte of beperkingen tijdelijk of langdurig niet in staat zijn om te werken. Je beoordeelt hun belastbaarheid en stelt adviezen op over re-integratie, met als doel de client weer geschikt te krijgen voor werk. Hierbij houd je rekening met zowel de medische als de sociale context van de persoon, en geef je deskundig advies aan betrokken partijen zoals werkgevers en werknemers. Daarnaast houdt je je bezig met het vaststellen van de medische mogelijkheden en beperkingen van clienten met verschillende arbiedsongeschiktheidsuitkeringen. Je komt te werken binnen een organisatie met een maatschappelijk belangrijke taak: het bijdragen aan duurzame arbeidsparticipatie en het bevorderen van gezondheid en welzijn op de werkvloer. In jouw functie streef je ernaar om op een professionele manier mensen te ondersteunen in hun herstel en hun mogelijkheden voor arbeid optimaal te benutten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de uitvoering van sociaal beleid door te adviseren over arbeidsongeschiktheid en re-integratiemogelijkheden, met oog voor zowel de belangen van de werknemer als die van de maatschappij. In jouw rol ga je aan de slag met: - Beoordelen van medische dossiers en het uitvoeren van consulten om arbeidsbelastbaarheid te bepalen. - Adviseren over re-integratietrajecten en mogelijkheden tot re-integratie. - Opstellen van heldere rapportages. - Bieden van begeleiding en ondersteuning op het gebied re-integratie. Jouw profiel - Afgeronde opleiding tot arts, met geldige BIG-registratie. - Affiniteit met vraagstukken op het snijvlak van gezondheid en arbeid. - In staat om objectieve, goed onderbouwde oordelen te vellen over complexe medische en arbeidsgerelateerde situaties. - Communicatief vaardig en in staat om helder en zorgvuldig te rapporteren.
