OVER DE JOB

  • Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit en de waarden waar de dienst voor staat
  • Noodzaak tot belangstelling in klinisch werk en algemene neurologie. Interesse voor bijkomende wetenschappelijke arbeid wordt gewaardeerd.
  • Doelstelling is het snel en adequaat opvangen en behandelen van acute niet planbare neurologische zorg met vooral interesse in snelle klinische diagnostiek en behandeling met snelle communicatie naar de huisarts en de verdere uitbouw van de ambulante (poliklinische) service.
  • De verschillende sites beschikken elk over een volledig uitgebouwde stroke unit en medische apparatuur voor EMG, EP, Doppler en EEG. Bekwaamheid in EMG, EEG en EP is daarom vereist. Bekwaamheid in duplex halsvaten is een pluspunt.
  • Actieve deelname in de supervisie en opleiding van assistenten.
  • Er is mogelijkheid tot subspecialisatie naar keuze.

OVER JOU

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma arts-specialist met bijbehorende specialisatie in de neurologie
  • Je bent in het bezit van een in België gehomologeerde toelating voor de beroepsuitoefening, zijnde erkenning in de neurologie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands; meertaligheid is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een teamgerichte persoonlijkheid.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg en je bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je kan op een vlotte en correcte manier informatie verstrekken aan patiënten en hun familie.
  • Je hebt een collegiale en complementaire attitude naar de collega’s.
  • Respect, inlevingsvermogen en verantwoordelijkheid zijn belangrijke waarden in je werk.
  • Werking binnen een grote dienst neurologie met aangename sfeer en goede intercollegiale contacten, ook buiten de dienst.
