Jouw nieuwe baan Tijdens de bereikbaarheidsdiensten beoordeel jij als arts binnen de verstandelijke gehandicaptenzorg medische vragen van cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. De zorgvragen verschillen sterk en kunnen samenhangen met epilepsie, gedragsproblemen, autisme, syndroomgebonden klachten of meervoudige lichamelijke beperkingen. Niet iedere cliënt kan klachten duidelijk onder woorden brengen. Daarom combineer je medische informatie met veranderingen in gedrag, spanning en het normale patroon van de cliënt. Ook de observaties van begeleiders helpen je om de situatie goed te beoordelen. Je bepaalt welke zorg op dat moment nodig is. Daarbij weeg je zorgvuldig af of advies volstaat of dat verdere medische actie nodig is. Deze zzp-opdracht richt zich uitsluitend op de bereikbaarheidsdiensten en loopt naar verwachting tot circa januari 2027. Jouw nieuwe werkplek De bereikbaarheidsdiensten zijn bedoeld voor cliënten die op een woonpark verblijven. Sommigen hebben lichte ondersteuning nodig. Anderen zijn afhankelijk van 24-uurszorg en vragen om medische alertheid, rust en duidelijke communicatie. Als interim arts VG ontvang je tijdens een dienst informatie van begeleiders en verpleegkundigen die de cliënt goed kennen. Hun waarnemingen geven je zicht op kleine veranderingen die medisch relevant kunnen zijn. Waar nodig stem je af met andere behandelaren of artsen. Wat breng je mee?
