- Prisma - Biezenmortel ( Noord-Brabant ) - €6631 - €10195 - Online sinds: vandaag Prisma Ben jij een arts die floreert op het snijvlak van complexe zorg, crisisinterventie en samenwerking? Prisma zoekt een Arts Verstandelijk Gehandicapten (AVG) die energie krijgt van dynamiek, scherpe casuïstiek en vooruitstrevend werken. Je komt terecht in een innovatief behandelteam dat stevig inzet op ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van zorg. De combinatie van een diverse cliëntenpopulatie én een multidisciplinair topteam geeft jou de kans om zowel je expertise te verdiepen als je horizon te verbreden. Wat ga je doen? Bij Prisma werk je aan de voorkant van de complexe zorg: crisisopnames, gedragsproblematiek en multiproblematiek zijn dagelijkse kost. Je werkt nauw samen met vijf ervaren VG-artsen, verpleegkundig specialisten, praktijkverpleegkundigen (PVG) en sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundigen (SPV). De PVG verbindt de woning met jou en de huisarts. Zo blijft de samenwerking laagdrempelig en cliëntgericht. Onderwerpen waar jij je tanden in zet: leefstijlvraagstukken, syndroomgebonden zorg, ethiek en specialistische palliatieve zorg. Je behandelt kinderen, ouderen met (psycho)geriatrische zorgvragen, cliënten met een (zeer) ernstige meervoudige beperking én een toenemende groep met LVB+GGZ problematiek. Je denkt en beweegt mee in beleidsontwikkeling en werkt deels vanuit ons expertisecentrum op Landpark Assisië (Biezenmortel), Waalwijk en andere (poli)locaties.
