The posting

WGC De Hoek vzw is op zoek naar een enthousiaste arts voor onbepaalde duur.

In WGC De Hoek werken de artsen heel nauw samen met de verpleegkundigen. Elke patiënt wordt eerst door een verpleegkundige gezien. De arts fungeert als superviserend arts. De arts komt bij de consulatie luistert naar de verpleegkundige, controleert, stelt samen met de verpleegkundige en de patiënt een behandelplan op waarna de verpleegkundige verder afwerkt met de patiënt. Voor complexere zorgvragen of ernstiger problematiek kan er bij de arts in opvolging geconsulteerd worden. In WGC De Hoek geloven wij zeer sterk in het inzetten van de juist expertise op het juiste moment om zo de zorg efficiënt, doelgericht en kwalitatief te organiseren.

De taken van de arts:

Superviseren van medische consultatie bij de verpleegkundige en uitvoeren van medische taken:

· Consultaties en huisbezoeken superviseren en zelf uitvoeren

· Anamnese opmaken, klinisch onderzoek uitvoeren en diagnose stellen

· Medisch technische handelingen uitvoeren

Informeren en ondersteunen van de patiënten:

· Informeren en adviseren van patiënten over behandeling en preventie

· Optreden als vertrouwenspersoon voor de patiënt

· Coördineren van de zorg rond de patiënt en instaan voor hun doorverwijzing naar andere hulpverleners (intern en extern)

Continuïteit en kwaliteit van de interdisciplinaire zorgverlening verzekeren:

· Deelnemen aan artsen –en interdisciplinair overleg

· Voldoende communiceren met onthaalmedewerkers en andere zorgverleners

· Correct registreren in het EMD

Uitvoeren van administratieve patiëntgebonden taken:

· Voorschriften opmaken voor medicatie en gedelegeerde handelingen

· administratieve documenten invullen, verslagen opmaken

· Brieven/mails maken naar externe zorgverleners

· Master in de geneeskunde, master na master in de huisartsgeneeskunde

· Accreditering

· Werken volgends de principes van evidence based medicine

· Beheersen van het Nederlands. Kennis van andere talen is een meerwaarde

· Goede communicatieve vaardigheden

· Vlot in samenwerken in een multidisciplinaire setting
