The posting

Voor de uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Asbestverwijderaar / Bouwkundig Ontmantelaar. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig verwijderen van asbesthoudende materialen en het uitvoeren van bouwkundige ontmantelings- en afbraakwerken ter voorbereiding van renovatie- of sloopprojecten.

Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving voor jezelf, je collega's en onze klanten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Veilig verwijderen van asbesthoudende materialen volgens de wettelijke procedures.
  • Opbouwen, onderhouden en afbreken van hermetische zones en veiligheidsvoorzieningen.
  • Correct gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en ademhalingsbescherming.
  • Verpakken, labelen en afvoeren van asbestafval conform de regelgeving.
  • Uitvoeren van selectieve sloop- en ontmantelingswerken.
  • Demonteren van technische installaties, leidingen, plafonds, wanden, vloeren en andere bouwkundige elementen.
  • Afbreken van bouwkundige constructies zoals binnenmuren, scheidingswanden, verlaagde plafonds en niet-dragende structuren.
  • Sorteren van afvalstromen en materialen voor hergebruik of recyclage.
  • Signaleren van risico's en meewerken aan een veilige en ordelijke werf.
  • Onderhouden van gereedschappen, machines en veiligheidsuitrusting.
  • Een rijbewijs B is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt een basis aan Nederlands. Basiskennis Engels is een pluspunt.
