Over ons: CleverCheck is gespecialiseerd in de dienstverlening op het gebied van asbestattesten, asbestinventarissen, monsternames en sloopadviezen. Ons team bestaat uit gecertificeerde asbest- en sloopdeskundigen. Zij bieden snelle en betrouwbare oplossingen om de veiligheid en naleving van asbestregelgeving te waarborgen.Ons kantoor is gevestigd te Merelbeke-Melle vlakbij de E40 en R4 is vlot bereikbaar.

Functie: We zijn op zoek naar een asbestdeskundige voor het inventariseren van asbest op externe locaties in de provincie Antwerpen en omgeving.

Jouw functie bestaat uit asbestherkenning en de herkenning ervan in materialen.

  • Je identificeert asbest tijdens de inspecties.
  • Je inventariseert en brengt asbest in een gebouw in kaart, dit conform de geldende regelgeving in Vlaanderen.
  • Je maakt de asbestattesten op.
  • Je adviseert de klanten.

- Je bent gedreven en wil expert zijn in je vak. Asbest heeft voor jou geen geheimen. Daartoe volg je regelmatig opleidingen zodat je up-to-date blijft van de laatste regelgeving.Als expert op het terrein zie en hoor je allerlei zaken, dit koppel je terug naar het team en reflecteert hier verder over. Zo bouw je mee aan de kwaliteitsvolle uitbouw van de organisatie.

- Je geniet van de omgang met de klanten en staat hun bij met deskundig advies.

- Je werkt discreet, confidentieel en vertrouwelijk. Delicate kwesties benader je met de nodige rust en maturiteit.

- 2-talig (NL-FR) is een meerwaarde aangezien een deel van de klantenportefeuille Franstalig is, maar geen absolute must.

- Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een bachelordiploma, de studierichting zien we heel breed en kan variëren van een wetenschappelijke achtergrond, bouw, vastgoed, milieu…maar ervaring binnen de bouwsector of labo kan evengoed een mooie basis zijn om jouw kennis op verder te bouwen!
