Merijn Eussen Corporate Recruiter 06 - 83614997 Dit wordt jouw baan Als asfalt afwerker zorg jij ervoor dat iedere weg, parkeerplaats of rotonde er strak, vlak en perfect afgewerkt bij ligt. Jij bent degene die het asfaltteam compleet maakt. Terwijl de asfaltmachine het asfalt uitspreidt, loop jij erachter met de afwerkploeg. Met handgereedschap, een wals of trilplaat zorg je dat de laag naadloos aansluit en de weg jarenlang meegaat. Je werkt buiten, in een hechte ploeg en vaak op unieke projecten die elke dag anders zijn. Soms overdag, vaak 's nachts, mét aantrekkelijke toeslagen. Je werkt nauw samen met de balkmannen en de machinist van de asfaltmachine. Een vak waar je trots op bent en waar je zichtbaar resultaat ziet aan het einde van iedere werkdag. Wat ga je doen als asfalt afwerker? Afwerken en egaliseren van warm asfalt achter de asfaltmachine Werken met handgereedschappen, trilplaten en kleine machines Controleren van dikte, vlakheid en aansluitingen van het asfalt Samenwerken met de asfaltploeg en uitvoerders Actief meedenken in tempo, kwaliteit en veiligheid Werken in de nacht (met toeslagen) en af en toe in het weekend Oplossen van kleine oneffenheden en zorgen voor een strakke afwerking Wat kun je verwachten? Jouw inzet wordt beloond met: Een goed salaris van €2.821-€3.703 o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring 130% toeslag op overwerk en nachtwerk en 150% toeslag als er overwerk is tijdens de nacht 26 vakantiedagen én 13 extra ATV-dagen o.b.v. 40 uur Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Groen, Grond & Infra Écht vakwerk waarin je direct ziet wat je hebt gemaakt Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting voorman, balkman of machinist Interne trainingen en opleidingen binnen asfalttechniek Goede reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregel...
