Buscamos un/a Asistente de Soporte Comercial a media jornada proactivo/a, organizado/a y orientado/a al detalle para apoyar a nuestra División de Defensa en actividades comerciales, administrativas y logísticas.

Iberoptics es un proveedor líder de tecnologías avanzadas electroópticas y fotónicas. Como parte del crecimiento continuo de nuestra División de Defensa, buscamos incorporar un/a profesional que contribuya al desarrollo de nuestras operaciones comerciales.

Si te interesa trabajar en la intersección entre tecnología, coordinación y relación con clientes, este puesto te situará en el centro de proyectos de defensa de alto impacto.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? • Apoyo en la preparación de ofertas comerciales, presupuestos y documentación • Mantenimiento del CRM y seguimiento de actividades del pipeline comercial • Apoyo en campañas de correo electrónico y redes sociales • Coordinación de reuniones, ferias, demostraciones y relación con clientes • Preparación y gestión de envíos, incluyendo documentación aduanera y coordinación con transitarios y empresas de mensajería

¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito en el puesto? • Experiencia previa en soporte comercial o funciones administrativas en sectores tecnológicos o de defensa (valorable) • Nivel avanzado de comunicación en español e inglés • Manejo avanzado de Excel, Word y sistemas CRM/ERP • Alta atención al detalle y capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas • Valorable: conocimientos de Odoo y/o procesos logísticos de exportación
