En Vistavia Real Estate buscamos incorporar una persona organizada, resolutiva y con buena comunicación para apoyar la gestión diaria de nuestros alojamientos corporativos y habitaciones.

Somos una empresa en crecimiento dedicada a la gestión de viviendas para alquiler corporativo, alquiler por habitaciones y alojamiento de media estancia. Buscamos una persona que nos ayude a mantener una operativa ordenada, profesional y cercana con propietarios, inquilinos, empresas y proveedores.

Funciones principales

La persona seleccionada se encargará de apoyar en tareas como:

Atención a inquilinos, huéspedes y empresas por WhatsApp, email y plataformas. Gestión y seguimiento de incidencias en las viviendas. Coordinación con mantenimiento, limpieza y proveedores. Organización de check-in, check-out, entrega de llaves y accesos. Preparación y seguimiento de contratos, documentación e información de entrada. Comunicación con clientes antes, durante y después de la estancia. Revisión de pagos, reservas y documentación pendiente. Actualización de herramientas internas de gestión. Apoyo general al equipo en tareas operativas del día a día. Uso de herramientas digitales e inteligencia artificial para mejorar la productividad, organizar tareas y agilizar procesos. Qué buscamos

Buscamos una persona:

Muy organizada y responsable. Con buena comunicación escrita y trato profesional. Resolutiva ante problemas e incidencias. Capaz de trabajar con autonomía, pero siguiendo procesos. Con actitud positiva y ganas de aprender. Que sepa priorizar tareas y mantener el orden. Cómoda usando WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, Excel/Sheets y herramientas digitales. Cómoda utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial como apoyo para redactar mensajes, organizar tareas y mejorar procesos. Con nivel de inglés suficiente para comunicarse por escrito con huéspedes, inquilinos o empre.
