Je treedt op als schakel tussen klant en laboratorium en bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor het administratief correct begeleiden van de klant: Als Analytical Service Manager (ASM) ben jij dé brug tussen het labo en de klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat resultaten niet alleen correct worden verzameld, maar ook helder en tijdig worden gerapporteerd.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je haalt analyseresultaten uit ons systeem en controleert ze op volledigheid en juistheid.
  • Je zet de data om in duidelijke rapporten voor onze klanten.
  • Je communiceert op een correcte, klantgerichte manier.
  • Je volgt positieve stalen op met de nodige meldingsplicht en rapporteert deze tijdig en volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor vragen van klanten over monsternames, resultaten of rapportering zowel per mail als telefonisch.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Kennis/affiniteit van microbiologische, biologische en chemische analyses op het vlak van (dier)voeding is een pluspunt. We voorzien hiervoor de nodige opleidingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterkte communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel via email als Telefoon.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel naar ad-hoc taken en kan hierbij prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent administratief sterkt en houdt van de puntje op de i.
  • Je bent zeer klantvriendelijk en gericht op een efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Je bent kritisch ingesteld, en anticipeert waar nodig.
