Aspirant Begeleider | Interne Academie Wil jij werken in de zorg én een nieuw vak leren? Heb je hart voor mensen, maar nog niet de juiste opleiding? Via de Interne Academie van De Schutse krijg je de kans om te werken en leren tegelijk. In één jaar tijd leer je het vak in de praktijk. Je werkt mee op een woonlocatie, volgt lesdagen en krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding. Rond je het programma succesvol af, dan ontvang je een certificaat. Zo ontdek je hoe jij van betekenis kunt zijn voor cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Over De Schutse Binnen onze woonlocaties in Kesteren, Achterberg, Opheusden en Oud-Vossemeer wonen cliënten met uiteenlopende ondersteuningsvragen. Jij ondersteunt hen in het dagelijks leven, biedt waar nodig verzorging en draagt bij aan een veilige en vertrouwde woonomgeving. Vanuit onze reformatorische identiteit werken we met aandacht voor de ander. Dit zie je terug in het dagelijks leven door onder meer Bijbellezing, gebed en het zingen van psalmen. Wat ga je doen? Als aspirant begeleider draai je mee op een woonlocatie en leer je het vak stap voor stap in de praktijk. Je: - ondersteunt cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven; - leert begeleiden en verzorgen; - werkt samen met ervaren collega's; - volgt lessen en intervisiebijeenkomsten; - bouwt aan een persoonlijk portfolio; - ontwikkelt jezelf binnen De Schutse. De Interne Academie Je volgt gemiddeld één lesdag per maand in Kesteren, aangevuld met intervisiebijeenkomsten. Thema's die aan bod komen zijn onder andere zorgverlening, veilig werken, communicatie, crisissituaties en wet- en regelgeving. Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en alle ruimte om te groeien. Na afronding ontvang je een certificaat en ben je klaar voor een volgende stap binnen De Schutse. De volgende lesgroep start in januari 2027.
