Uiterste reactiedatum: 28 oktober 2026 NHG Praktijk Accreditering (NPA) zoekt een praktiserend huisarts met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en de ambitie om toezichthouder te worden. Je brengt actuele praktijkervaring mee, bent nieuwsgierig naar governance en kunt strategisch reflecteren op de zorg buiten de eigen spreekkamer. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan maken we graag kennis. Aspirant-toezichthouder / trainee raad van commissarissen De positie Als aspirant-toezichthouder neem je gedurende een jaar deel aan de raad van commissarissen van NPA. Je krijgt de gelegenheid om van dichtbij te ervaren hoe intern toezicht werkt binnen een organisatie die een belangrijke rol speelt in de kwaliteitsontwikkeling van de huisartsenzorg. Je neemt deel aan alle reguliere vergaderingen als volwaardig gesprekspartner. Je brengt actuele kennis en ervaring uit de dagelijkse huisartsenpraktijk in bij gesprekken over onder meer kwaliteit, veiligheid, innovatie en de maatschappelijke opdracht van NPA. Dit is nadrukkelijk een leer- en ontwikkelpositie. Je hebt geen formele toezichthoudende verantwoordelijkheid of wettelijke aansprakelijkheid zoals een benoemd commissaris. Wel word je actief betrokken bij de gesprekken, afwegingen en dilemma's die bij goed toezicht horen. - Deze positie biedt je de mogelijkheid om: - kennis te maken met governance en intern toezicht in de zorg; - je loopbaan te verbreden en je voor te bereiden op een toekomstige toezichthoudende rol; - strategisch te leren denken vanuit een perspectief buiten de spreekkamer; - je kennis van kwaliteit en ontwikkeling in de huisartsenzorg op een andere manier in te zetten; - een relevant netwerk op te bouwen op het snijvlak van huisartsenzorg, kwaliteit en governance.
