Als productiemedewerker bij onze opdrachtgever zorg jij ervoor dat aluminium ramen, deuren en vliesgevels straks perfect aansluiten in woningen, kantoren en bedrijfspanden. Jij werkt mee aan maatwerk waar mensen jarenlang op vertrouwen. Heb je nu nog geen ervaring in de techniek of bouw, maar wil je na de bouwvak een nieuwe richting inslaan? Dan krijg je hier de kans om het vak stap voor stap te leren.

Je start je werkdag samen met collega’s in de productiehal in de regio Hoorn. Eerst bespreek je de planning, daarna ga je aan de slag met het assembleren en bewerken van aluminium profielen. Je meet materialen zorgvuldig in, werkt met machines en controleert of alles klopt tot op de millimeter. Omdat ieder project maatwerk is, blijft het werk afwisselend en vraagt het om aandacht en precisie.

Het werk is actief en fysiek. Je staat veel, werkt met materialen en machines en bent de hele dag bezig met een tastbaar eindproduct. Ervaring is geen vereiste: onze opdrachtgever investeert bewust in nieuwe collega’s. Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject en leert het vak in de praktijk van ervaren collega’s. Het opleidingstraject duurt gemiddeld één tot twee jaar, zodat je de tijd krijgt om echt vakmanschap op te bouwen.

Je werkt in dagdienst binnen een hecht productieteam waar collega’s elkaar helpen en samenwerken centraal staat. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de kwaliteit hoog blijft en projecten op tijd worden opgeleverd.
