The posting

Als Assemblage Medewerker II ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig assembleren, uitlijnen, reinigen, verlijmen, inspecteren, valideren en oplossen van storingen aan mechanische en elektromechanische modules voor de hoogwaardige switcher systemen van Grass Valley. In deze functie werk je zelfstandig aan complexe assemblagewerkzaamheden en gebruik je jouw technische kennis om problemen op te lossen en assemblageprocessen verder te optimaliseren. Afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden vinden deze plaats in een ISO-gecontroleerde cleanroomomgeving. Je levert een directe bijdrage aan de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van onze producten en ondersteunt tegelijkertijd verbeterinitiatieven binnen de productie. Daarnaast help je minder ervaren collega's bij hun ontwikkeling en dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Opleiding: MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting of een vergelijkbare opleiding. Ervaring 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in precisiemechanica, optica of assemblagewerkzaamheden binnen een cleanroomomgeving. Kennis, vaardigheden en competenties Uitstekende hand-oogcoördinatie en fijne motoriek. Sterk oog voor detail en kwaliteit. In staat om zelfstandig te werken, technische problemen te analyseren en praktische oplossingen te vinden. Proactieve, flexibele en samenwerkingsgerichte instelling. Vermogen om minder ervaren collega's te begeleiden en te ondersteunen. Basiskennis van MS Office. Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal; kennis van het Nederlands is een pré.
