Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever ontwikkelt en bouwt innovatieve elektrische- en diesel aangedreven overslagkranen die wereldwijd worden ingezet in havens, recycling, industrie en bulkoverslag. Vanuit een moderne productielocatie in Oosterhout worden complete kranen geassembleerd voordat ze naar klanten over de hele wereld vertrekken. Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team van ongeveer 15 collega's, waar iedereen elkaar kent en waar samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Tegelijkertijd profiteer je van de stabiliteit en slagkracht van een internationale bedrijvengroep. Functie Als Assemblagemedewerker Machinebouw bouw je samen met je collega's complete kranen op aan de hand van duidelijke assemblagetekeningen. Vergelijk het met het bouwen van een grote Mecano-constructie: stap voor stap zie je hoe losse onderdelen uitgroeien tot een indrukwekkende machine. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Assembleren van complete kraanconstructies aan de hand van technische tekeningen Monteren van mechanische onderdelen en componenten (zoals kabelbanen, lampen en elektrische units) Werken met handgereedschap, hijsmiddelen, heftrucks en bovenloopkranen Controleren of onderdelen correct zijn gemonteerd Samenwerken met collega's om projecten volgens planning op te leveren Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek Functie-eisen Ervaring is voor deze functie niet het belangrijkste. Veel belangrijker is het dat je graag met je handen werkt, technisch nieuwsgierig bent en enthousiast wordt van het bouwen van grote machines.
