Wil jij graag met je handen werken en elke dag zichtbaar resultaat zien? Heb je interesse in techniek en wil je het vak stap voor stap leren binnen een internationale logistieke organisatie? Dan is deze functie als assemblagemedewerker techniek iets voor jou.

Je werkt in een trailerwerkplaats in de regio Venlo, samen met ervaren collega's die jou begeleiden. Ervaring is niet nodig. Motivatie, interesse in techniek en de wil om te leren zijn het belangrijkst.

Een salaris tussen 2600 en 3200 bruto per maand. Een fulltime baan van 40 uur per week in dagdienst. 25 vakantiedagen. Een uitzendovereenkomst met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Een pensioenregeling bij Stippensioen. Een reiskostenvergoeding.

Als assemblagemedewerker techniek leer je hoe je trailers demonteert, inspecteert, repareert en onderhoudt. Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject en groeit stap voor stap naar meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Je demonteert trailers en beoordeelt welke onderdelen opnieuw gebruikt kunnen worden. Je voert reparaties uit aan onder andere verlichting, remmen, opbouw en onderstel. Je inspecteert en controleert traileronderdelen. Je onderhoudt en organiseert de voorraad gebruikte onderdelen. Je ondersteunt bij het gereedmaken van trailers voor inzet. Je werkt volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

Je hebt een praktische instelling en bent leergierig. Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden. Je bent betrouwbaar en werkt nauwkeurig. Een heftruckcertificaat is een pre, of je bent bereid dit te behalen. Je beheerst Nederlands, Engels of Duits voldoende om goed samen te werken.

Daarnaast worden er regelmatig gezellige feestjes, teamactiviteiten en BBQ's georganiseerd, waardoor de sterke teamspirit ook buiten werktijd voelbaar is.
