Als Assemblagemonteur Machinebouw bouw je complete machines op vanaf technische tekeningen. Je houdt je bezig met mechanische assemblage, pneumatiek, uitlijning en het nauwkeurig afstellen van machines. ✓ Salaris tussen €3.200 en €4.200 bruto per maand✓ 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij fulltime dienstverband✓ Reiskostenvergoeding voor alle kilometers✓ Werken aan hoogwaardige machines binnen de machinebouw✓ Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en technische trainingen wat ga je doen? Als Assemblagemonteur Machinebouw werk je binnen de productieafdeling aan het samenbouwen van hoogwaardige machines. Je werkt vanaf technische tekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat mechanische onderdelen en systemen correct worden gemonteerd, aangesloten en afgesteld. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Mechanisch assembleren van machines en machineonderdelen; - Lezen en toepassen van 2D technische tekeningen; - Aanleggen van pneumatische systemen binnen de machines; - Monteren en aansluiten van mechanische componenten; - Uitlijnen van machines en machineonderdelen; - Nauwkeurig afstellen van machines en basisgegevens; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van gemonteerde onderdelen; Signaleren en oplossen van technische afwijkingen tijdens de assemblage; Je bent betrokken bij het opbouwen van de machines en draagt met jouw werkzaamheden bij aan de kwaliteit en tijdige oplevering van het eindproduct.
