Als interne monteur bouw je geavanceerde ontbraammachines samen aan de hand van technische tekeningen en specificaties. Je controleert de kwaliteit tijdens het montageproces, zoekt oplossingen voor technische problemen en denkt mee over manieren om het assemblageproces verder te verbeteren

De organisatie waarin je terechtkomt ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige machines voor het ontbramen van metaal. Met deze technologie worden productieprocessen bij klanten wereldwijd geoptimaliseerd en worden hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden ondersteund.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je gebruikt technische tekeningen en specificaties om machineonderdelen correct te assembleren
  • Tijdens het samenbouwen houd je de kwaliteit van de assemblage nauwlettend in het oog
  • Technische problemen analyseer je en los je op zodat het montageproces verder kan
  • Verbeteringen aan de manier van assembleren draag je actief mee aan
  • Je werkt samen met engineering en productie om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie voortdurend te verbeteren
  • Jouw oog voor detail komt goed van pas bij het nauwkeurig samenbouwen van de machines
  • Een technische bacheloropleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, machinebouw of metaalbewerking
  • Technische tekeningen nauwkeurig lezen en interpreteren vormt voor jou een vertrouwde taak
  • Heel goede kennis Nederlands in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften en communicatie
