Heb jij ervaring met elektronica-assemblage en werk je graag in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als SMD Technician iets voor jou. Binnen een innovatieve high-tech productieomgeving ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren, controleren en optimaliseren van elektronische componenten en printplaten. Je werkt met moderne SMT-apparatuur en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de productie van hoogwaardige elektronische systemen die wereldwijd worden toegepast. Wat ga je doen? Als SMD Technician werk je binnen de SMT-productielijn en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurig en efficiënt productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat elektronische componenten correct worden geplaatst, gesoldeerd en gecontroleerd volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Assembleren van printplaten (PCB's) met behulp van Surface Mount Technology (SMT). Bedienen en ondersteunen van SMT-machines, zoals pick-and-place machines en reflow-ovens. Uitvoeren van controles en inspecties op elektronische componenten en eindproducten. Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen binnen het productieproces. Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen gericht op kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Samenwerken met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en engineering. Zorgdragen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving. Wat kun jij? Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen een SMT-, SMD- of elektronica-productieomgeving. Kennis van elektronische componenten en assemblageprocessen. Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles en inspectiewerkzaamheden. Technisch inzicht en een nauwkeurige werkwijze. Probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
