Als Asset Coördinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onderhoudsteams, projectmedewerkers en management. Je zorgt ervoor dat assets optimaal worden ingezet, onderhoudsactiviteiten soepel verlopen en projecten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Deze functie biedt een perfecte mix van techniek, organisatie en proces, en is ideaal voor maritiem opgeleiden die hun carrière aan wal willen ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen: - Coördineren van het dagelijkse beheer van technische assets, installaties en systemen. - Plannen en bewaken van onderhoudsactiviteiten, storingen en inspecties in samenwerking met maintenance teams. - Monitoren van prestaties en beschikbaarheid van assets en rapporteren aan senior managers. - Ondersteunen bij budgetbeheer, CAPEX- en OPEX-planning en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen of vervangingen. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen, projectteams en externe leveranciers. - Bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten en optimalisatie van processen en onderhoudsstrategieën. - Documenteren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, technische analyses en rapportages. - Leren hoe jouw maritieme kennis optimaal kan worden ingezet in een walomgeving en bijdragen aan de continuïteit en betrouwbaarheid van bedrijfsmiddelen.
