Als Asset Coördinator Datacenter Faciliteiten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van technische installaties binnen datacenters. Je werkt samen met een team van coördinatoren en zorgt ervoor dat alle faciliteiten optimaal functioneren. Je bent betrokken bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van meerjarenonderhoudsplannen, het coördineren van technische werkzaamheden en het bewaken van de kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van storingen, het uitvoeren van root cause analyses, het beheren van technische documentatie en het monitoren van prestaties. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op projecten, beheer je autorisaties en ben je aanspreekpunt voor technische klachten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe partijen en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - In staat om zelfstandig te werken en eigenaarschap te tonen - Afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO- of HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur richting installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar - Kennis van beheer, onderhoudsconcepten en installatietechniek - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling - Relevante werkervaring in technisch beheer van datacenters of vergelijkbare omgevingen - Ervaring met het opstellen en uitvoeren van onderhoudsplannen - Proactief, gemotiveerd en stressbestendig - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Bekend met veiligheids- en VCA-procedures - Analytisch, accuraat en in staat overzicht te houden in complexe situaties Functieoverzicht .
