* Projekt- und Qualitätsmanagement: Du steuerst eigenständig mehrere Standort-Ausbauprozesse von Mietvertragsbeginn bis zur erfolgreichen Eröffnung - mit Fokus auf Termintreue, Qualität und Budgeteinhaltung.

* Qualitätskontrolle: Du stellst während aller Bau- und Projektphasen eine lückenlose Qualitätskontrolle sicher und nimmst vor Projektabschluss die abschließende Bewertung des Standorts vor.

* Übergabe & Budgetverwaltung: Du verantwortest die Übergabe in den laufenden Betrieb sowie die Verwaltung von Rechnungen und Projektbudgets, inklusive finaler Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung zur Projektabnahme. Zudem pflegst du alle ausbaurelevanten Standortinformationen in unserem CRM Tool.

* Internes Stakeholdermanagement: Du stimmst dich eng mit dem internen Franchise-Management-Team zur frühen Einschätzung neuer Standorte ab, unterstützt bei der Bewertung neuer Immobilien (Flächenaufteilung, Bauinvestitionen, Wirtschaftlichkeit) und koordinierst dich mit Teams wie Marketing.

* Externes Stakeholdermanagement: Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister, Handwerksbetriebe und Behörden, um eine termingerechte Projektumsetzung sowie die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Genehmigungsprozesse sicherzustellen.

* Laufendes Asset Management: Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche, eigenständige Betreuung unserer Immobilien. Dabei steuerst du proaktiv das Tagesgeschäft, wie die Prüfung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen und die direkte Kommunikation mit Vermieter:innen.

Was wir von Dir erwarten

* Projekt- & Baumanagement: Erste Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Baumanagement, Kostenplanung und -kontrolle sowie Verständnis für Sanierung, Elektro- und Sicherheitstechnik.

* Grundverständnis für rechtliche Themen: Verständnis für nutzungs- und behördenrechtliche Themen (Genehmigungsvorschriften, Brandschutz, Emissionen).

* Stakeholder-Management: Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management mit öffentlichen Institutionen, externen Partner:innen und internen Teams.

* B2B-Erfahrung: Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Hausverwaltungen, Eigentümern und Vermietern im B2B-Kontext.

* Arbeitsweise: Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und eine strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise, um mehrere Projekte priorisiert und pragmatisch umzusetzen.

* Kompetenzen: Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Problemlösekompetenz und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
