Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Immobilienbereich, suchen wir eine_n: 1 Asset Manager_in Immobilien (m/w/d) Standort: 5020 Salzburg

Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden/Woche

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

ºEigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilienportfolios

ºMietvertragsmanagement (Neuvermietungen, Vertragsverlängerungen und Indexierungen)

ºMietzinskontrolle sowie Prüfung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen und Forderungsmanagement

ºMitwirkung bei Budgetplanung, Controlling und laufendem Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

ºKoordination von Instandhaltungs-, Sanierungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Professionisten

ºAufbereitung von Verkaufs- und Vermietungsunterlagen sowie Unterstützung bei Transaktionen

ºLaufende Kommunikation mit Mieter_innen, Hausverwaltungen, Behörden und Geschäftspartnern

Ihr Profil:

ºAbgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien

ºBerufserfahrung im Asset Management, der Immobilienverwaltung oder einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

ºKenntnisse im Immobilienrecht (MRG, WEG oder ABGB) von Vorteil

ºStrukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

ºAusgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

ºSicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Immobilienverwaltungssoftware von Vorteil
