- Assetbeheerder B / Werkvoorbereider Sluitingsdatum 21 oktober 2026 Binnen het team Beleid, realisatie en beheer openbare ruimte hebben wij ruimte voor een nieuwe collega. Wij hebben ruimte voor jou! Het team Beleid, Realisatie en Beheer Openbare Ruimte maakt onderdeel uit van het cluster Fysieke Leefomgeving & Economie. Het team bestaat uit drie vakgroepen: Groen, Grijs en Blauw. Binnen deze vakgroepen werkt een keten van beleidsadviseurs, assetmanagers, beheerders, werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en toezichthouders samen aan een schone, veilige en aantrekkelijke leefomgeving. Naast het reguliere beheer werken we aan diverse versterkingsprojecten. Dat zorgt voor een grote en veelzijdige opgave, met veel ontwikkelingen die hun eigen technische en ruimtelijke uitdagingen met zich meebrengen. Voor de vakgroep Grijs hebben we een vacature. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een Assetbeheerder B / Werkvoorbereider voor 36 uur per week. Dit ga jij doen Binnen de vakgroep Grijs ben je voornamelijk actief binnen het beheer en onderhoud van wegen, asfaltverhardingen, bermen en bermverhardingen. Deze functie richt zich nadrukkelijk op asfaltonderhoud, onderhoudsbestekken en toezicht op de uitvoering van wegwerkzaamheden. - Je werkt nauw samen met de assetmanager, assetbeheerders, toezichthouders, projectleiders, collega's van Service en Onderhoud en externe aannemers. Samen zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden veilig, doelmatig en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. - Als Assetbeheerder B / Werkvoorbereider ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan asfaltverhardingen. Je controleert hoeveelheden, beoordeelt offertes en ondersteunt bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van onderhoudsbestekken. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed zijn voorbereid en dat aannemers over de juiste informatie beschikken. - De nadruk binnen deze functie ligt op het controleren van hoeveelheden, het beoordelen...
