Als Assetmanager Winningen zorg jij dat onze bronnen in optimale staat blijven! Jouw uitdaging bij Dunea De winningen en bronnen van Dunea vormen de basis voor schoon en betrouwbaar drinkwater. Als Assetmanager Winningen (en Hydrologie) houd jij zicht op de technische staat, risico's en prestaties van onze winningen en maak je onderbouwde keuzes voor onderhoud, vervanging en verbetering. Daarnaast werk je samen met een team van beheerders en specialisten om de continuïteit van onze drinkwatervoorziening te borgen, met oog voor veiligheid, natuur en duurzaamheid. Wat je hiernaast ook gaat doen: - De conditie van assets toetsen aan de assetstrategie en vertalen naar beheeradviezen voor de organisatie; - Onderhoudsconcepten, inspectieplannen en vervangingsplannen opstellen; - Onderhoud, inspecties, vervangingen en modificaties in opdracht geven aan onze interne uitvoeringsteams; - Storingen, incidenten en risico's laten analyseren en omzetten in verbeteracties; - Budgetten, kostenramingen en operationele kosten bewaken; - Samen met specialisten, onderhoudsteams en collega's werk je aan betrouwbaar assetbeheer en de verbetering daarvan. Wat vragen we? Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en weet hoofd- en bijzaken goed van elkaar te scheiden. Je schakelt makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders en neemt collega's mee in jouw adviezen. Daarbij ben je nieuwsgierig naar verbeteringen, denk je vooruit en houd je oog voor veiligheid, duurzaamheid en kosten. Verder breng je mee: - Een hbo-diploma in een relevante richting, zoals civiele techniek, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of technische bedrijfskunde; - Aantoonbare kennis van hydrologie; - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring met assetmanagement, onde...
