Assetmanager Wonen & Buurten 32-36 uur € 5.097,00 - €6.890,00 Verantwoordelijk worden voor 10.000 eenheden in Rotterdam? Woonstad beheert in de stad Rotterdam een vastgoedportefeuille van ruim 50.000 eenheden. Als Assetmanager heb jij de taak om deze portefeuille van ongeveer 10.000 eenheden zo goed mogelijk in te zetten voor de doelen van Woonstad. Dat betekent dat het vastgoed goed aansluit bij de wensen van bewoners, nu én in de toekomst. En natuurlijk moet de kwaliteit van het vastgoed uitstekend zijn en financieel voldoende rendement opleveren. Wij hebben jouw expertise dus hard nodig! Zo ziet jouw week eruit - Maandagochtend bereid je een vergadering met collega's voor. We willen een voormalig seniorencomplex aantrekkelijker maken voor starters en gezinnen. Hierdoor is een transformatie nodig. - De komende dagen onderzoek je via analyses welke maatregelen nodig zijn, zowel op financieel als bouwtechnisch vlak. - Op woensdag houd je je bezig met een ander vooroorlogs woongebouw. In het woongebouw zit geen lift en er wonen voornamelijk ouderen. Je staat voor de keuze: gaan we een lift plaatsen of passen we de doelgroep aan? Of zijn er mogelijk meer woningen op deze plek te realiseren? - Aan het eind van de week houd je je bezig met de verduurzaming van een appartementencomplex. De centrale vraag daarbij is: voor welk budget kan dit woongebouw verduurzaamd worden, zodat het ook in 2040 goed presteert? - Om dit project realiseren, zijn een onderzoek en budget nodig. Je schrijft een startbesluit om hiervoor akkoord te krijgen. Goed om te weten: als Assetmanager wil je niet alleen duurzame oplossingen bieden voor de huidige bewoners, maar ook voor de toekomstige bewoners. Je maakt met je werk dus écht impact op de toekomst van Rotterdam! Verschil maken We stropen de mouwen op en grijpen kansen. Kan het beter? Dan doen we het. Bewoners staan bij ons echt centraal.
