Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze woningen en wijken ook in de toekomst waardevol blijven. Wil jij met jouw keuzes zichtbaar verschil maken voor huurders, buurten en de toekomst van onze woningen? Het team. Je werkt in een dynamisch speelveld met de afdelingen Strategie & Beleid, Vastgoed, Wonen en Financiën. Ook heb je contact met gemeenten, maatschappelijke organisaties en andere samenwerkingspartners. Je verbindt vragen, belangen en mogelijkheden met elkaar. De benodigde informatie staat niet altijd in onze systemen. Daarom ga je actief op zoek naar kennis en signalen bij collega's. Samen kom je tot een duidelijke koers voor ieder complex. Jij brengt de lijnen bij elkaar. Over Thius en Vastgoed Bij Thius werken we aan goede en betaalbare woningen in fijne wijken. Als Assetmanager werk je op het snijvlak van strategie en praktijk. Je kijkt vooruit, brengt informatie bij elkaar en helpt de organisatie om onderbouwde keuzes te maken voor onze complexen. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, maar staat er niet alleen voor.
