Je zorgt voor een kwalitatief en duurzaam beheer, stelt meerjarenplannen op en vertaalt beleid naar concrete werkzaamheden. Je fungeert als schakel tussen beleid, uitvoering en de dagelijkse praktijk, waarbij je verschillende belangen en disciplines weet te verbinden. Verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en coördineren van het onderhoudsprogramma voor groen, rekening houdend met budget en gemeentelijk beleid. - Vertalen van beleid naar concrete onderhouds- en vervangingswerkzaamheden. - Monitoren van de kwaliteit van groenassets in samenwerking met Voormannen en Planner/Beheersers. - Bewaken van het onderhoudsbudget en tijdig signaleren van bijsturing. - Opstellen en bewaken van onderhoudscontracten met externe partijen. - Opdrachtgever zijn voor kleinschalige onderhouds- en vervangingsprojecten. - Zorgen voor actuele en betrouwbare gegevens in het beheersysteem Geovisia. - Afstemmen met andere assets voor integrale projecten en balans tussen groen en grijs. - Adviseren bij vraagstukken over de inricht...
