MY JOB

Wir digitalisieren Bankgeschäfte und entwickeln IT-Lösungen für die 3-Banken-Gruppe. Und das erfolgreich seit bereits über 30 Jahren! Du suchst eine spannende neue Herausforderung und begeisterst Dich für das Thema Assetmanagement und bist technisch versiert in ITSM-Umgebungen. Dann bist Du bei uns in der 3 Banken IT genau richtig! Wir sind stets auf der Suche nach engagierten und talentierten IT-Profis im Junior- als auch Senior-Bereich, die mit Leidenschaft, Teamspirit und Know-how die digitale Welt der 3 Banken Gruppe mitgestalten wollen. Wir verstärken unseren Fachbereich "Atlassian World" und suchen eine/n technischen Assetmanager (w/m/d) im Bereich Jira Service Management (kurz: JSM) für das integrierte Assets-Modul.

IN DETAIL

* Du kümmerst Dich um das Produkt Jira Service Management im hauseigenen Atlassian Team

* Du unterstützt unseren JSM-Product Owner in der Weiterentwicklung des Asset-Managements und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Du bist Anlaufstelle bei technischen Fragen rund um JSM und das Assets-Modul

* Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen Atlassian-Produkten wie Jira oder Confluence

* Fachlicher und technischer Support rund um den Betrieb und Wartung des Produktes

* Abhalten oder unterstützen von internen Schulungen zum Handling von Funktionen, wenn Bedarf entsteht.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen KollegInnen im gemeinsamen internen Atlassian-Team

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus der Systemtechnik zu Anforderungen fürs Asset-Management oder JSM im Allgemeinen

MY CHALLENGE

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder UNI) oder entsprechende mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Asset-Manager oder Developer im Assets-/ITSM-Umfeld

* Gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-Tools, Atlassian-Tools (Jira/JSM) oder Vergleichbares

* Affinität für Strukturen, Klarheit und Zusammenhänge (-> Schnittstellen/Aufbau von Assets)

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung

* Proaktive Arbeitshaltung und Teamfähigkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens B2-Niveau

MY FUTURE

Wir bieten ein Bruttomonatsgehalt (IT-KV) ab EUR 3.267,- (auf Vollzeitbasis 38,5h). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung hängt von Deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab.
