De rol omvat het beheren en exploiteren van deze vastgoedportefeuille, waarbij de focus ligt op het financiële rendement en maatschappelijke waarde. De assetmanager werkt samen met interne en externe stakeholders en vertaalt de vastgoedstrategie naar uitvoeringsgerichte complexstrategieën. Verantwoordelijkheden - Verantwoordelijk voor de portefeuille Cultuur & Erfgoed, inclusief het Frans Hals Museum, de Stadsschouwburg en andere culturele instellingen. - Vertalen van organisatie doelstellingen naar tactische keuzes voor de vastgoedportefeuille. - Samenwerken met de portefeuillemanager en vastgoedeconoom om een financieel gezonde huishouding te waarborgen. - Opstellen van financiële analyses en businesscases voor acquisitie, desinvesteren of investeren. - Voeren van huuronderhandelingen met grotere huurders. - Sturen op duurzaamheid, onderhoudsconditie, toegankelijkheid en gebruikerstevredenheid. - Afstemmen van ontwikkelingen met huurders en beleidsafdeling Cultuur. - Opdrachtgever zijn bij aanpassinge...
