Stuur op rendement, optimaal gebruik en maatschappelijke waarde binnen een veelzijdige vastgoedportefeuille Als assetmanager vastgoed ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren van het gemeentelijke vastgoed. Je houdt zicht op de prestaties van de verschillende panden en zorgt dat beheer, exploitatie en gebruik goed op elkaar aansluiten. Vanuit jouw kennis en analyses adviseer je over keuzes die bijdragen aan zowel maatschappelijke waarde als een gezonde vastgoedexploitatie. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de vastgoedorganisatie, gebruikers en verschillende interne en externe partijen. Je onderhoudt actief contact met huurders, beleidsafdelingen en maatschappelijke organisaties en weet wat er speelt binnen de vastgoedportefeuille. Ook lever je input voor vastgoedkaders, ondersteun je besluitvorming en zorg je dat bij ontwikkelingen en verbouwingen heldere afspraken met gebruikers worden gemaakt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Sturen op optimaal beheer, gebruik en exploitatie van gemeentelijk vastgoed - Adviseren over vastgoed- en exploitatievraagstukken - Analyseren van maatschappelijk en financieel rendement en aandragen van verbeteringen - Begeleiden van aan- en verkooptrajecten van vastgoed - Zorgen voor goede afstemming tussen gebruikers, onderhoud en vastgoedontwikkeling - Afgeronde HBO opleiding - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met strategisch assetmanagenent - Ruime kennis van huurrecht en vastgoedcontracten - Recente ervaring binnen een gemeente/ gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
