Ymere zoekt een enthousiaste Assetmanager woningcorporaties die energie krijgt van complexe vastgoedvraagstukken in een dynamische maatschappelijke omgeving. In jouw regio ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vastgoedsturing en geef je richting aan investeringen en desinvesteringen in onze woningvoorraad. Je verbindt strategie met uitvoering en brengt het hoofdkantoor en de regio samen. Daarnaast initieer je renovatie-, nieuwbouw- en verkoopprojecten. Samen met collega's uit verschillende vakgebieden werk je aan toekomstbestendige buurten waar mensen prettig kunnen wonen. Ontwikkeling Wat ga je doen als Assetmanager woningcorporaties? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen deelportefeuille. Hier vertaal je de strategische visie van Ymere in concrete plannen voor de uitvoering van onderhoud en investeringen. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de collega's in je regio en in je team. - Je versterkt de samenstelling van je vastgoedportefeuille door het initiëren en beoordelen van nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en verkoopprojecten. - Je verbetert de prestaties van je vastgoedportefeuille door te sturen op kwaliteit en marktpositie, met oog voor de afweging tussen financiële en maatschappelijke waarde. - Je werkt namens Assetmanagement aan specifieke onderwerpen als middenhuur, energietransitie en nieuwe woonconcepten. - Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het gebiedsgericht werken van Ymere. Je kijkt verder dan de prestaties van individuele complexen en verbindt vastgoeddoelen met maatschappelijke opgaven in de wijk. Samen met collega's in het gebied vertaal je signalen uit de buurt naar strategische keuzes voor de vastgoedportefeuille.
