Voor een groeiende onderneming in Beveren zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Assistant Accountant. Je komt terecht in een professionele organisatie met een brede dienstverlening binnen de automotive sector. Binnen een dynamisch finance-team krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket en werk je mee aan een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie.

Je staat mee in voor de dagelijkse boekhouding en administratieve opvolging, waaronder:

  • Controleren, coderen en inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Verwerken van bankverrichtingen, kasverrichtingen en diverse boekingen
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen
  • Afpuntingen en financiële controles uitvoeren
  • Voorbereiden van betalingsopdrachten
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van vaste activa
  • Voorbereiden van BTW-aangiftes
  • Meewerken aan maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen
  • Controleren en bijsturen van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen
  • Opvolgen van diverse administratieve en financiële aangiftes
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en controles
  • Onderhouden en actualiseren van parameters binnen de boekhoudsystemen
  • Uitwerken en uitvoeren van boekhoudkundige procedures en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van loonverrichtingen

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt idealiter over een graduaat Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een vergelijkbare opleiding
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoudafdeling en kent een A tot Y boekhouding
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt vlot met Outlook, Word en Excel; ervaring met boekhoudkundige software is een troef
  • Je hebt kennis van analytisch boekhouden en interesse in digitale toepassingen
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt
